Terms of Service

Who these terms cover
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of the Eagle Distribution LLC website and dealer portal (the "Site"). Eagle Distribution LLC ("Eagle," "we," "us") is a wholesale firearms distributor. We sell only to licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealers. This is not a consumer store, and we do not sell to the general public.

Browsing and purchasing
Some catalog pages may be visible without an approved dealer session. Visible catalog information is not an offer to sell to you, and it does not include dealer pricing. Purchasing, invoices, and dealer pricing require an authenticated, approved dealer account. Submitting a dealer application does not create an account or a right to buy.
Accounts
If we approve you as a dealer, you are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your password confidential. Tell us promptly if you believe the account has been misused. We may suspend or close an account if we believe it has been used in violation of these Terms, the signed dealer agreement, or applicable law.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically download the catalog, prices, or other Site data.
- Probe, scan, or interfere with the Site, its security, or other users.
- Circumvent authentication, dealer-approval, or pricing controls.
- Use the Site for any purpose other than legitimate wholesale dealing with Eagle.
- Misrepresent your license status, identity, or authority to purchase.
Orders, pricing, and the dealer agreement
Prices, availability, and payment methods shown to an approved dealer are determined by Eagle and may change. An order is not accepted until we confirm it. We may cancel or refuse an order that we cannot legally fulfill or that violates these Terms or your dealer agreement.
When you become a dealer, the signed dealer agreement from the application flow governs payment methods, net terms, credit, and related commercial terms. These public Terms do not replace that agreement. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed dealer agreement, the signed dealer agreement controls for that dealer's commercial relationship with Eagle.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Effective Date: June 2025 · Applies To: All FFL dealer accounts purchasing through Eagle Distribution LLC
Refunds
All sales are final. Eagle Distribution does not accept returns or issue refunds except in the case of items that arrive damaged or defective.
To qualify for a refund on a damaged item:
- The damage must be reported to Eagle Distribution within 24 hours of confirmed delivery
- Notification must be submitted in writing through the contact form
- Supporting documentation (photos of the item and packaging) must be included at the time of notification
- Items reported outside the 24-hour window will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances
Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as a credit applied to the dealer account, at Eagle Distribution's discretion.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Eagle Distribution.
To request an exchange:
- Use the contact form to initiate the request
- Do not ship any items back without prior written approval from Eagle Distribution
- If an exchange is approved, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the dealer
- Eagle Distribution reserves the right to decline any exchange request
No Exceptions
Eagle Distribution will not accept returns or issue refunds outside of the conditions outlined above. This policy applies to all product categories, including firearms, accessories, armor, and gear.

Firearms and compliance
We sell firearms and related products only to licensed dealers, and we ship regulated items only to a licensed FFL at the dealer's licensed premises. You are responsible for maintaining valid FFL (and, where required, SOT) licenses, for complying with federal, state, and local law that applies to your purchases and resales, and for any Form 4473 / NICS obligations at your retail point of sale. Eagle does not transfer firearms to consumers.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY IDAHO AND FEDERAL LAW, EAGLE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EAGLE DISTRIBUTION LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM THE SITE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SITE OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID EAGLE FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) IF THE CLAIM DOES NOT ARISE FROM A PAID ORDER.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Idaho have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, except where a signed dealer agreement specifies a different forum for that dealer's commercial disputes.
