Who we are

Eagle Distribution LLC ("Eagle," "we," "us") operates a private wholesale portal for verified Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealers. This is not a consumer store. Catalog access, dealer pricing, and purchasing are limited to licensed dealers we have verified and approved.

What we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

• Dealer accounts. Name, business name, email, phone, licensed premises address, account credentials, and role on an approved dealer account.
• FFL / SOT documents. License numbers, copies of FFL and Special Occupational Tax (SOT) documents, and related verification results.
• Application data. Information submitted on a dealer application, including business details, principals, credit references, and the signed dealer agreement from the apply flow.
• Orders, invoices, and payments. Products ordered, quantities, ship-to FFL, payment method (wire or net terms), remittance details, and invoice history.
• Device and session data. Cookies and similar session identifiers used to keep you signed in, protect the portal, and remember cart or form state.

Why we collect it

We use this information to:

• Verify that an applicant is a licensed FFL dealer before we grant access.
• Fulfill wholesale orders to the dealer's licensed premises.
• Maintain an ATF-bound book and other firearms-compliance records required of a licensed distributor.
• Keep accounting records and a backup copy of those records.
• Secure the site, prevent abuse, and administer dealer accounts.

Who we share with

We do not sell personal data. We share information with processors and partners only as needed to run the business:

• Hosting. Vercel hosts the portal.
• Database. Our database provider stores account, application, order, and compliance records.
• Email. Transactional mail (login, application status, invoices) is sent through our email provider.
• Intuit QuickBooks Online. Used as backup accounting for items, invoices, and related books.
• FastBound. Used for the firearms bound book.
• FFL verification. When we review your application we verify your license with the ATF through our bound-book provider, which creates a contact record for your business. Verification annotates an application; it does not by itself grant or deny dealer access.

We may also disclose information when required by law, ATF or other regulators, or to protect Eagle, our dealers, or the public.

Cookies and session

We use essential cookies and similar session storage to authenticate dealers, protect the portal, and keep a signed-in session working. These are not used to sell advertising or to build consumer marketing profiles.

How long we keep it

We keep dealer account records and firearms-compliance records for as long as the account is active and thereafter as required by federal and state law (including ATF recordkeeping). Application records are archived, not deleted. Session cookies last only as long as needed to keep you signed in or to secure the site.

Access and contact

To request access to the personal information we hold about you, or to ask a question about this policy, use the contact form or write to Eagle Distribution LLC, 1067 S. Parkinson St., Eagle, ID 83616. We will respond as required by applicable law. Some records we are required to retain cannot be erased.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of the page will change when we do. Continued use of the portal after an update means you accept the revised policy.
